I cannot praise IQ Office Furniture's customer service enough. Recently, I ordered a chair that turned out to be too big for me. Joel from the customer service team was incredibly supportive and helped arrange the purchase of a new chair along with a partial refund for the original one, despite me being outside of the exchange terms. I am very grateful for this.
I also made a mistake with the delivery address on my new order, but this was resolved within minutes of letting Joel know. Joel went above and beyond by ensuring my new chair was delivered in just 2 business days. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery and pickup of my original purchase due to an unplanned visit to the hospital. Once again, Joel exceeded my expectations by making a second trip to my home to collect the original chair for return, at no extra cost to me.
